Spurious "Page Not Found" Errors

Over the last few days a number of "page not found" errors have been popping up. I believe they are related to the Drupal 4.7.5 update but it's going to take some investigation to track down the cause.
If you do get a "page not found" error and you think that the page really does exist, just hit "refresh" on your browser and it should show up properly. It happens infrequently and without any warning. You may not have experienced it all, but for now, if you get a "page not found," just hit refresh to make sure. If it happens again, then it really wasn't there but if it works, then you've seen the problem happen.

The "page not found" errors seem to have cleared up.
Although the cause remains something of a mystery, the problem seems to have resolved itself, at least for now. We'll be keeping an eye on things to see if it recurs.
