Canvass with an EF member in Herndon


Ginny and her partner Gail are leading a canvass in their neighborhood on Saturday, October 14th. Here is her message:


We will gather at my house, 2982 Franklin Oaks Dr., Herndon, 20171, at 10 am on Saturday. I will have walk-lists broken up into areas, we will go out in teams of two so that you will always have a buddy working the other side of the street from you. We will probably spend about 2 to 2 and a half hours walking and talking to neighbors. Expect to be back at my house by 1 pm. If interested, we can order pizza for lunch and I will have sodas and water available.

If the weather is nasty (not supposed to be, but who knows!) please bring your cell phones and we can do calling instead of walking. If you have a clipboard, please bring it along, and make sure you have a pen with you! And bring your friends! We can provide quick instruction and I have talking points and all the materials you might need!

Directions to my home - the easiest way:

I-66 to Fairfax County Parkway North. Go about 4 miles, at light make a right onto West Ox Road. Make your first left onto Franklin Oaks Drive. I am the 8th house on your left. Home 703-648-9327.
