It's mid-summer - a perfect time for a picnic!  Join us at Equality Fairfax's 7th Annual Summer Picnic.

Come and make some memories. Got kids? bring em! Got a dog? Bring em! Got a partner/husband/wife/friend bring them too - everyone is welcome. Last year about 100 folks came out.

Meet some new friends; touch base with some old ones that you may not have seen in a year. When was the last time you played picnic games? Watch the kids try to run in the three legged race, see who gets the wettest during the water balloon toss (one of the kids favorites).

Plenty of parking. Plenty of shade or sun. Good cover in the event of less than perfect weather. Lots of room to eat and mingle. Do you have friends in town for the weekend? Bring them to this is very nice community event; you’ll be glad you did.

Bring your meat/veggies to BBQ and a lawn/beach chair if you'd like to lounge (we have picnic tables). We will supply drinks, charcoal, buns, side dishes, paper products and condiments (and some cookies too!).

We'll be in the picnic pavillon, near the first parking lot, the first right after you've entered the park.  Look for the ballons and the EF sign.  Contact info@equalityfairfax.org with any questions.
