April Events - Top Golf and TG 101
Top Golf - Putt Putt and Driving Range
Sunday, April 13th, 3pm-5pm
For those who want to do the driving range, what makes this facility unique is that each golf ball has a microchip which will tell you how far you drove the ball, and if you happen to hit one of the 11 huge targets. Points are awarded for hitting the targets. Think darts, but with golf balls. It is a bunch of fun.
Come and join us to play, or even watch. There is a small fee to play, around $5 a game. Top Golf even provides complimentary golf clubs. See which Equality Fairfax Board members get really competitive. Transgender 101 - A Dialogue within Our Community
Thursday, April 24th, 7:30pm-9pm
Want to learn more about the "T" in GLBT? Join Equality Fairfax and the Transgender Education Association for a joint discussion. We'll have to opportunity to learn more about what it means to be transgendered, as well as having a dialogue about the similarities and differences between transgendered people and gays & lesbians. A great opportunity to strengthen our community from within!
