Homeless Animal Rescue Team (HART)

Equality Fairfax is proud to have a long history of volunteering with HART, a fabulous organzition that works to adopt homeless dogs and cats.

Every weekend, HART hosts adoption events around the county. But, what is needed are volunteers to help show the dogs at these adoption events. While it isn't Westminster, it is a very rewarding experience.

The more volunteers that come, the more dogs that can be shown which means more opportunities for adoption. As a volunteer, you would be asked to learn a few facts about your dog and simply hold the leash while prospective adoptors stop by and visit.
