EF in the News!

The Equality Fairfax sponsored Putting the "Fair" in Fairfax Senate Forum held last week has received excellent press coverage. 

Yesterday, the Washington Post cited the appearance of candidates and their comments as evidence of a "shifting political scene in Northern Virginia".  I am proud that the GLBT community's voice is being heard in this election cycle.  The Connection newspaper and the Falls Church News Press also reported on the forum.

There is one more forum on Tuesday October 9th for VA House of Delegates candidates.  While we had about 40 people at the Senate Forum, the Post called it "a small gathering".  Let's double that number so no one will think our community's support is small - we need you to make this happen -- details about the House forum are on the [[http://www.equalityfairfax.org/node/2886|EF Website]]. Get involved -- attend the forum!
