Putting the "Fair" in Fairfax House Discussion Forum

What do candidates for the Virginia Senate and House races have to say about issues impacting the GLBT community? Come to the Putting the "Fair" in Fairfax House Discussion Forum to find out. This is our chance to hear directly from the candidates about issues impacting our community. The following candidates are expected:

34th House District: Dave Hunt vs. Margaret Vanderhye (open seat -both confirmed) (McLean, Great Falls, parts of Vienna and Herndon)

40th House District: Del. Tim Hugo vs. Rex Simmons (Simmons confirmed, Hugo unable to attend) (Clifton, Fairfax Station, and parts of Centreville, Fairfax, & Burke)

67th House District: Del. Chuck Caputo vs. Marc Cadin (Caputo confirmed, Cadin unable to attend)(Chantilly, Fair Lakes, western Fairfax, parts of Centreville and the South Riding area of Loudoun County)

86th House District Del. Tom Rust vs. Jay Donahue (both confirmed)(Herndon, Oak Hill and the Sterling Park area of Loudoun County)

Equality Fairfax, Equality Virginia, Virginia Partisans and Log Cabin Republicans are sponsoring a non-partisan discussion forum to hear the views of candidates running for state-wide offices in the VA General Assembly.

Bring all of your friends, family and other allies to these important community meetings. Turnout is important -- elected officials in Virginia need to know that our issues DO matter.

Please take a couple hours out of your busy schedule to attend these worthwhile community events.

We have the audio from 2/3 of the forum posted. Thanks to Kaitlyn for her help in running audio for us!

Unfortunately, a hardware failure caused us to lose the first 47 minutes of audio from the forum including Sarah and Doug's opening comments and the entire section on the 34th house district.
