Some Spurious Notifications Sent Out

For those that get automatic email notification of new content on the EF site, you may have received approximately 70 emails about new content for things that were old. I had done some batch updating to some content for some planned formatting changes and didn't think this would trigger the notifications. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

I've turned off the notifications until this process completes. When it does I'll try to clear out any pending notifications before turning it back on.
