Be an Ambassador for Equality!
We need your help to staff the Equality Fairfax booth at Centreville Day to let fair-goers know that GLBT folks are part of the community.
This will involve handing out information to fair attendees and talking with them about Equality Fairfax and GLBT concerns. You will be paired with an experienced volunteer, so no experience is necessary -- just enthusiasm and a willingness to help out. We are seeking volunteers to work the booth for a two hour block of time between 10am and 5pm.
This is a wonderful fair and great opportunity for our community!

Game Night

Back by popular demand is Game Night! We'll spend an evening playing board games and socializing.
Bring your favorite snack to share, and your favorite beverage (BYOB). Once folks have arrived and settled in, find a group to play with and go off and have some fun. Please come at around 7:00 pm and the games begin at 7:30. Late arrivals are welcome. Further details and location at game night

Join Equality Fairfax for a Happy Hour in Falls Church. We will gather at Hoang's Grill & Sushi bar beginning at 6pm.
They have a nice bar area at the back of their restaurant. Happy hour prices on sushi -- $1 Nigiri Sushi, and on alcohol - $2 draft beers/$4 house wine until 7:00pm.
Parking is located in the parking lot next to Hollywood Video or on street parking around the neighborhood.
We will be holding happy hours on the first Wednesday at each month at spots around the county. Come out and join us!
