Summer is upon us and it is time to enjoy some good company and a little conversation on the Back Porch of Coastal Flats. Come early to get a seat and enjoy the nice breeze and a Mojito.

Look for the Equality Fairfax hosts, we will be the ones wearing EF stickers. Come out for an evening of community and meeting new friends.

6th Annual Summer Picnic

When was the last time you went to an old fashioned Picnic? You know the one with burgers and hot dogs grilling, potato salad chilling, and people sitting around chatting, waiting for the picnic games to begin.

Are you the one who enjoys picnic games? Does your competitive streak come alive during the three legged race or water ballon toss. How about some bocce ball or you just tossing around a Frisbee with some fellow picnic goers. Or a more sedate game of scrabble?

Catch up with old friends and meet some new ones - mingling is encouraged.

Parking is available, there is ample shade as well as a covered area if the weather is less than perfect. Bring your own meat or veggie burger to grill. We will supply the charcoal, buns, condiments, side dishes, cups, plates and plastic ware.

Toss in a lawn chair and your favorite picnic items and join us.

Children are allowed
Dogs are allowed (must be leashed)
No Alcohol Beverages (park rules)

We will have raffle tickets available for purchase for a limited time at the beginning of the picnic. Prices are $2 each, 3 for $5 or 15 for $20. Raffle items included Mystic tickets, picnic pack and other small items. If you would like to donate an item for our raffle please contact us at lindak@equalityfairfax.org.
