Correction to the DT Halloween Party notice

This is a correction to the earlier email about the Halloween party. The earlier message said the cost was free to DT members and $10 for others. It should have said the cost was free for DT members. EF members are charged a $5 guest fee and $10 for others. Our apologies for the error.
