Equality Virginia Applauds Vermont Supreme Court Ruling in Lesbian Custody Case

(August 4, Richmond) Today, the Vermont Supreme Court issued a ruling that stated that Vermont courts, and not those in Virginia, have jurisdiction over a two-state custody dispute between a former lesbian couple who had entered into a legal civil union in that state.  read more »

Gay Day at Washington Nationals with Equality Fairfax - Only 3 tickets Left!

Team DC is hosting a Night OUT at the Nationals. Last year, over 1,100 members of the GLBT community came out for a fun night of baseball. The Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington is singing the national anthem!

Come sit with Equality Fairfax in the OUT section at the game by buying one of the block of tickets purchased by EF. Tickets are only $10 (including $2 service fee).
