Equality Fairfax Has a New Host

In order to keep our website current and bring more capabilities to the web, we've changed hosting providers. The initial result of this change should be transparent except that some of the intermittant problems the site has been experiencing should be eliminated.  read more »

Mysteriously Duplicating Menus

For some reason, some of the menus on the site, particularly in the navigation menu have taken to spontaneously duplicating themselves. We're aware of the problem and are looking into the cause. In the meantime, if you see some extra menu items from time to time, please excuse the duplication. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Openly Gay Candidate in PW County Verbally Attacked Because of Orientation

Yesterday in Prince William County, Supervisor candidate Jeff Dion and his family were attacked on an anti-gay right-wing blog because of his sexual orientation, his family situation, and oddly enough, the size of his home.

Unbeknownst to us, but perhaps knownst to you, the weblinks on the site had been broken since our site upgrade. Though the title and description were displaying properly, the site was not showing the URL to the site. This made them, well, less than useful.  read more »
