Our apologies for the last newsletter email being delivered three times. We had an error on the site that caused us to believe the email had never been sent when, in fact, it had been queued for sending. The issue has been resolved (we think!) and shouldn't occur in the future.

HB1552 - Fair Housing Law

Delegate Scott has introduced HB1552. This bill would prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation to the state's fair housing law. The complete text of the bill reads:

HB1373 - Bill to Allow Fairfax County to Add Sexual Orientation in Non-Discrimination Policies

This bill introduced by Delegate Hull would allow Fairfax County to add sexual orientation to the county's non-discrimination policy. The complete text of the bill is:
